These Terms govern your access to and use of WOMO Health. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WOMO Health.

2. Not Medical Advice

WOMO Health is not a medical service. All content is for general wellness purposes only. Your use of the App does not create a physician-patient relationship.

3. Subscription Terms

• 7-Day Trial: One tool per day at no charge.
• All Core Tools: $25/month.
• Annual: $240/year — equivalent to $20/month.
• Founding Annual: $199/year — locked in for the life of the account.
• Mae Voice and Recovery Companion available as add-on subscriptions.

4. Intellectual Property

All technology and content within WOMO Health are the exclusive property of TechMae LLC. Patent-pending notice: One or more aspects of the underlying technology are subject to pending USPTO patent applications.

5. Amazon Affiliate Program

WOMO Health participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Product links may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are based on health relevance only.

6. Limitation of Liability

TECHMAE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Albany, Georgia. Class action waiver applies.
